Emergency call out
We provide an emergency call out service that is a fast and responsive solution to any computer or system problem. This service is available at a very competitive hourly rate. For business customers we also offer a 24 hour emergency call out service.
Remote support services
This technology allows us to carry out many maintenance and support tasks without the need to visit your home or your office. The technician will endeavour to resolve your I.T problem immediately. However if this is not possible the technician may need to order replacement hardware or software and arrange for a visit to your home or place of work.
Business support contracts
From as little as €15 per month you can have 24 hour technical support, along with the piece of mind knowing your system will be covered in the event of a break down of system fault. This is one of the many services we offer to help to keep your system running and minimise down time.
Our use of managed network hardware such as Cisco’s routers and switches allows us to remotely manage and monitor our business customers networks. This allows us to remotely diagnose faults, administer updates and security patches from our premises, which in turn reduces the overall support cost.
